Point of Sale Software (RMS / POS 2009) Implementer

Location: On Site - Napa, California

The Implementation Consultant will take the customer through the various components of a Microsoft Dynamics® Retail Management System (RMS) Software Implementation:

· Data Migration

· System Set-up

· Key User and End User Training

· Testing

· Go-live and Evaluation

Secondary responsibilities will include:

· Help desk support for RMS and the Elypsis Software Suite of Products for RMS

· Implementation of software upgrades

· Report customizations

· Development of support documentation as required

The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics® Retail Management System (RMS) software or POS 2009

· Outstanding customer service as a priority

· Must possess problem solving skills

· Have excellent communication skills

· Be well versed in the PC platform

· Enjoy working with the latest software and hardware technology

· SQL server and database knowledge is a big PLUS
