A major retailer is looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities for this position include; implementation of the corporate marketing plan and execution of merchandising strategies. Individuals must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when working with others as to help achieve department and company goals.

Qualifications include

Promotes and demonstrates a high level of customer service
Basic knowledge of the liquor category is preferred
Order writing and inventory management experience
Organizational skills administratively and with event planning
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Offer Superior Customer Service
Establish and build customer relations for the department and store
Assist in educating customer on wine, beer and food pairing
Execute the corporate marketing plan to exceed sales and profit targets
Manage inventories levels and maintain in stock conditions
Monitor replenishment procedures for the department
Plan & coordinate all merchandising planners and ads
Maintain liquor department schematics
Organizing “selling events” each week
