Office Manager within a small business (5 peoples)
Must be familiar with Quick book , and all administration skills. Will be responsible for the phone line, taking and entering order. Involve in all administration side of the company as well as communication with suppliers. Must be versatile and be able to assist personally the director of operation. Should be a team player within this family organization. French speaking is a plus. |
