Working in China?! Living in China?! Department: Marketing Department Responsibilities: Ø Manage the whole marketing activities, I.e: brand building, market research and integrated-marketing functions Ø Develop implement/evaluate brand activities including the development of promotional activities, advertising and merchandising Ø Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for key brands and direct promotional support Ø Conduct market and product research then analyse and interpret the data for development of effective marketing strategies; maintain research data base by identifying and assembling marketing information Ø Understand market/competitor intelligence and propose reactions. Coordinate with the sales teams in developing the appropriate marketing strategies Ø Maitain contacts and exchange of information with regional operations on marketing issues Ø Participate in and contribute to the budget and business planning cycle Ø Supervise the project to establish Company website Ø Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; develop, maintain, evaluate and lead the marketing team pan-China Ø Serve as a member of the senior management team providing input and direction on the company’s strategic and operational goals and objectives
Requirements: Ø University degree or above, MBA is a plus Ø At least Bi-Lingual: Chinese and English, other languages is plus Ø Strong written and oral communication skills; analytical skill; active listening; Ø Good at day to day lead and coach. Ø More than 10 years working experience in sales and marketing of FMCG/F&B industry, including at least 5 years management experience; professional in marketing function (advertising, media, research, promotion, display, brand management etc.) Please send your resume to summer.xia
